The goal of the artist was to reflect the diversity of cultures and ethnic groups that comprise Southeast Seattle. This pig was crafted from a patchwork of different cultural fabrics that were created by children in neighborhood schools.
Hannah works in mixed media. She is an artist in residence in Southeast Seattle elementary schools, and a teaching partner with the Seattle Art Museum and Pacific Northwest Ballet. Her background focuses on integrating diverse cultural themes with different art forms.
