Proscuitto

Proscuitto, Chef Extraordinaire, is out to conqueror the world – or at least his little corner of the pen. He sports an extra large chef's hat and wields a whisk like a sword as he conquers a bowl. He’s the “James Bond” of the culinary world. In his pockets are many tools of his trade. His cool shades are reminiscent of burners and his body and checkered pants are covered with labels from many of the fine foods imported from Europe. With his jaunty olive oil can scarf, he’s fresh from the old country.

Carol Milne
Carol is an accomplished mixed media sculptor whose favorite materials are metal, cast glass, concrete and landscape. She holds a degree in landscape architecture from the University of Guelph. She also spent two years as a graduate student in Sculpture at the University of Iowa.
