The Seed Bead Sow
This design concept has naturally colored beads covering its surface. The beads are embedded into a flesh-toned silicone putty, the cover coated with a clear sealing compound. Various "jewels" obtained from antique chandeliers adorn the neck and form an ornate necklace. This pig was created with the help of Creative Expressions, a prison inmate group, that continues to stay connected to the larger community by creating public art.
